Our approach is strengths-based and evidence-informed. We draw from a range of therapeutic methods to meet each person’s needs, including cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness-based practices, emotional regulation skills, and exposure-based approaches when appropriate.
We may also incorporate solution-focused, attachment-based, and psychoeducational strategies. Approaches are chosen thoughtfully and flexibly, always guided by your goals, comfort level, and stage of life.
